In response, Freud wrote “All my life I have been working and studying to find these things, and these people knew it already.’ It is also written that the Essenes were also psychologists so what did these spiritual groups have in common? They lived knowingly in conscious awareness of the evidence of their experience in harmony and balance with nature’s natural spiritual laws. They knew that ‘energy follows thought’ and revelation could be found everywhere when one is open to the revelation of nature – their own and the environment in which they lived and co-created. You may have heard of the term ‘what resists persists’ this is certainly true, if you are not ready to clear your emotional blockages now, another opportunity will be brought to you. Many experience what we call wake-up calls, sudden ill health, a loss of partner or business - a turn of fate. We can choose to listen to what nature and our own barometer is attempting to bring to our attention. Or we can continue to walk blindly through life in a state of slumber until we are sick of being sick. Having an acceptance of the true self is an amazing gift; the evidence of our own experience is the wisdom that we have to share. The supreme text of knowledge is life experience. When we truly accept the ‘essential self’ unconditionally; we can then truly accept others and their true selves with zero judgement.
